1. How do I track my order?
Once you place an order with Pinklue, you will automatically receive confirmation and tracking updates on your registered email ID. You can check your order status anytime through the link provided in the email.

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No, due to hygiene and personalized nature
3. Why don’t you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
For hygiene, efficiency, and sustainability reasons

It takes around “2–7 business days depending on location.
6. Do you offer customization in hampers?
Currently all hampers are thoughtfully curated, but customization options may be introduced soon.
7. Can I send a hamper directly as a gift?
Yes — mention that you ship to the recipient’s address with gifting-ready packaging.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, etc. — basically everything except COD.
